My advice to people would be to, "take a step back". There's a saying I once read somewhere online that went along the lines of, "The problem with stupid people is that they are too incompetent to realize their own inadequacies, therefore any situation that doesn't go exactly as how they've planned must surely be the fault of someone else." A rather nice quote if I do say so myself. This quote made me realize that I may not always be looking at things from an objective point of view, this quote started to make me question myself whenever a bad situation appears. Since then, I've started to view things more objectively. For example, if I got a bad grade I'd know think something along these lines, "The course may be difficult or the teacher may be bad but ultimately the failings lie within myself"
