My progress has been very... slow. Yes, I have been making progress but it's only very marginal. Progress is much faster than before, however that being said it is still a fairly slow going process. Hmmm, I guess I'm just getting upset and or restless at the progress or rather lack thereof. There's also the shoulder pains that I get from time to time, its located in the front just underneath my collarbone. Now, I don't think its that I need rest or anything like that since my routine isn't insane or anything like that. The pains only come when my shoulders have been facing forwards and then I suddenly pull them back. Apart from that, not much else has really been going on. I've started to eat more now though, since I've started I actually started eating a healthy amount of food since back then I only ate the bare minimum needed to make it through the day and I was pretty much always tired.

I seem to have sort of run out of things to say other than things like ,"progress is slow" and whatnot. There are a couple things I want to mention though. On the last post I need to correct the once an hour to once every other hour. I seem to be consuming far more kiloCalories than I'm burning, what with all the various meats and breads and rice I'm eating. I should probably eat a little bit less or eat healthier if I want to see improvements a little quicker. That or increase the intensity and/or frequency of my workouts. Hmm... that's all I can think of for now.
