Going through my older posts I noticed something, or rather noticed the lack of something. It seems that I forgot to mention that I no longer keep a day to day chart of my progress. The reason I no longer do that is because I changed how I do things regarding my workout. Before, all I did was max myself out once a night on my push-ups, squats, and whatnot. Nowadays I decided to do half of my max in each push-up, squat, and reverse push-ups every hour. Because of the raw amount of data involved. I would only now instead figure out my new max every Saturday. I've been thinking of increasing the 50% every our to 75% every hour since 50% every hour doesn't seem to be cutting it for me.
